Delivery area

The PRODUCTS offered are delivered worldwide.

The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) indicated by the CLIENT during the ordering process.

Shipping time

The time required to prepare an order and then issue an invoice, before shipping the PRODUCTS in stock, is mentioned on the SITE, i.e. 24 to 48 hours. These times do not include weekends or public holidays. It may be extended during promotional periods, sales, end-of-year holidays and in cases of force majeure.

An e-mail message will automatically be sent to the CLIENT at the time of shipment of the PRODUCTS, provided that the e-mail address entered in the registration form is correct.

Delivery times & costs

During the ordering process, the SELLER indicates to the CLIENT the possible delivery times and shipping options for the PRODUCTS purchased.

The shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method.

The amount of these costs will be due by the CLIENT in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased.

In the absence of any indication or agreement as to the delivery date, the SELLER shall deliver the PRODUCT without undue delay and at the latest thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract. (Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code).

Problems of DELIVERY

The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date set when he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order.

The SELLER is not responsible for delays, loss or theft of packages, the CUSTOMER must make a claim with the Post Office:  https://www.laposte.fr/reclamationentreprise/creer/conso or by calling 3631. He will be asked to inform the SELLER of this inconvenience so that solutions can be proposed.

In the event of an incomplete address or wrong delivery address provided by the customer, or if the customer does not recover his parcel at the relay point, the CUSTOMER will have, within the framework of a new expedition of his parcel returned to the sender, to pay additional shipping costs. In this case, if the CUSTOMER does not wish a new shipment of his order, the latter will be reimbursed under deduction of the shipping costs.

The CUSTOMER is reminded that he/she has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted during delivery.

Click & Collect delivery

In the event that the customer places a Click & Collect order (shop collection) but does not live close to a shop and therefore cannot collect it, the order will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher that can be used on the site and is valid for one year.
